The primary document conversion center is in the High
Tech Office Park in Xi'an, China – a city of 7 million
people with a large supply of well-trained, English proficient
technology workers. The High Tech Park offers world-class services,
high-speed communications, redundant ISPs and electric power sources,
and high security. Xi'an is one of the major hubs for ChinaNet, the national
Internet backbone. The company has 2 other offices - in Wuhan and Hebei,
China – for backup or redundant service centers as required by
customers.
