A large consumer credit clearinghouse engaged CPI to examine, code and capture data for consumer credit applications for purchases that require 18-minute turnaround for instant credit checks. Operators must code and verify the specific indexing rules for each client. Then they capture handwritten demographic and personal information regarding the consumer and descriptive data regarding the product being purchased.

Due to the extremely fast turnaround requirements, CPI developed software to track and monitor the workflow and results of each incoming application. CPI is part of a worldwide customer network that routes workloads to assure all turnaround time requirements are met.
