• Access controls to images and data on network servers
• Careful monitoring, password restrictions and login/logout procedures to access Internet, email, internal network and files
• Isolated networks and partitions for customer networks to secure data
• Portable storage devices not used for production
• Agent PCs cannot download or copy data
• Regularly updated firewalls, virus protection and intrusion detection
• Document and data transfer through Virtual Private Network (VPN) or encrypted transmissions
• Backup and disaster recovery procedures, including off-site storage and workflow-transfer arrangements in other countries
• Routine destruction of documents and data after customer confirmation
• Background checks on all personnel
• Security training and awareness program
Signed confidentiality pledges for all employees

Each CPI office is housed in a secure, monitored, restricted-access building. CPI maintains working arrangements with other data processing partners. In the event of an international episode or serious Internet interruption, we are capable of rerouting projects to partners without workflow disturbances.
